Honors and GT English
This week we will start on our presentations for our Anthology projects!
Students have been working so hard and I am excited to see all their work being showcased!
All missing work needs to be submitted by May 24th.

MATH
7th Grade Math Honors
This week we will continue practicing algebra I concepts including solving equations and inequalities. Final Test is 5/21.
Algebra I
This week we will continue practicing geometry concepts including pythagorean theorem to solve for angles and side lengths. Semester exam is 28th n 29th.

7th grade Honors SCIENCE
Classroom wish list ;-)
We will finish up watching The Lorax and explain what the meaning of "Unless" means and what we can do to help preserve our precious planet. We will also be having a presentor from Texas Parks and Wildlife come talk about the importance of our water. Our final assessment of the year will be on Thursday, May 23.
ANY AND ALL late or missing work is due by Friday May 24!!!

Honors Texas History
You're a true inspiration!
This week we will start our discussion about Civil Rights. We will examine court cases, learn how students stood up against segregation, and how we are still struggling in the pursuit of equity for all.

Digital Media
Students are creating a digital media reel in Adobe Premiere to showcase all the things they've created this year in Digital Media. It also shows how much they've grown in their digital design abilities. They can see their progress from their very first project until their last.
I can't believe they are almost 8th graders.

This week students will work together to build a national monument in Minecraft to scale. Later throughout the week students will recreate a historical battle and have FUN working together to defeat the enemy.
