Honors and GT English

The final week of school, time goes by so quick! It has truly been such a pleasure to have each and every student in my class this year. Thank you for entrusting me with your biggest treasures! 

This last week we will be watching movies of the Novels we have read throughout the year.

 I hope everyone has an amazing summer and I look forward to seeing my students as 8th graders next year!! 

Incoming 7th graders: Summer reading will be Refugee by Alan Gratz.

MATH

7th Grade Math Honors 

This final week of school is ours to make what we can of it. Testing is complete and grades basically are too. This is good time to reflect on the year we had and think about the year coming up. Thank you all for this year. It has been my pleasure.

Algebra I 

These brilliant and gifted students have worked hard this year and I have found myself often impressed! We do have one more task, the Semester Exam. It has been my pleasure being the instructor of these students. In this final week of school I hope we can reflect on this year, have fun while maintaining good conduct. Thanks again for this year!

Your FINAL week as a 7th grader!!! Can you believe it!? We will finish up our mini unit on seasons and finish out the year making some lasting memories!! Thank you for sharing your kiddos with us!! It has been a pleasure watching them grow and learn this year!! Hope you all have a great summer and I'll see yall "across the hall" next year!!

Honors Texas History

This week we will conclude our studies by revisiting the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution in order to prepare the 7th graders for 8th grade US History!

Your final week in 7th grade! You did it! We will spend our final week together analyzing movies. We will watch a movie and play bingo to look for all the things we've learned about from lighting, to editing techniques and camera angles. 

It has been an honor watching your students grow and learn this year.  Thank you for supporting them and trusting us with them. Have a great summer!

It has been an amazing year! Thank you for being involved, supportive, awesome parents! We will finish the year off strong with collaborative play. Students will form teams and build a home base in Minecraft. They will then battle it out by playing Capture the Flag!
