I'm very pleased with the service and help provided by Adam while he carried out his report for us. Unfortunately, our home has a number of damp issues in multiple rooms.

With Adam's survey and the knowledge he has given us, we hope to save a significant amount of money by fixing the problems correctly. I'm sure the information contained within the report will also be very helpful to any contractors we hire. Money well spent, if you ask me.

We used Adam to undertake a Damp and Timber Survey to serve as a pre-purchase survey for a property we are in the process of buying. I cannot recommend Adam enough. From the outset, Adam was very helpful, friendly and answered all questions (there were a few as we are first time buyers), but Adam took the time to put us at ease and explain how he would undertake the survey. We were able to arrange the survey within a week of getting in touch and instructing Adam and we were grateful that he travelled to London to undertake the work.

Everything was efficient with Adam. On the day of the survey, he was exactly as he was over email and phone call - very friendly and approachable. We were able to be in the property at the same time as Adam, and he helpfully explained his findings during his survey to us and took time to explain any problems identified. He went above and beyond during his survey and was very thorough (and I know not all surveyors are).

After the survey was done (on a Friday), we were initially told we would get the report back on Monday (which we thought was very quick), but Adam actually got it back to us even quicker on the Saturday (1 day after the survey). The report was excellent - very thorough, clear and well presented and covered everything we spoke about. We were able to call Adam up to clarify any points he made in his report. Again, he took time to speak to us on the weekend, which we greatly appreciated.

If you are looking for a Damp and Timber survey, I would without a doubt recommend Adam. He is very friendly, honest, approachable and very easy to work with. Thanks again for your work!

Have recently used the company and had Adam attend our property to conduct a report in relation to the ongoing issues within our home. Adam was very attentive to all the issues we raised and took the time to thoroughly explain everything regarding the processes he would undertake. After the appointment, he took the time to update us on the process of when we would recieve the report and got this over to us within two days. Adam also took the time to call us personally and explain that the report had been sent and took the time to answer any questions we had on this. From start to finish, the level of customer service we received was excellent and was updated fully throughout. Adam was approachable, friendly, polite and very thorough in his working practices. Couldn't recommend him/the company enough! A massive thanks for helping us understand and sort the issues.

Couldn't recommend Adam enough - we needed quite a quick turnaround on a damp and timber report on a house we're purchasing and Adam was able to get in there within a week and got us the report over the evening of the survey, which was a really in-depth report.
