Bhumi's Homepage

Hello, my name is Bhumi Bhandari and I am 10 years old. Some of my favorite activities are badminton, swimming and reading! I am the PYP Chief Reporter of the Neev Times, which is our school magazine.My responsibilities include managing the PYP Reporters and encouraging more participation for the Neev Times. I enjoy working and taking on different responsibilities! Amongst our specialist activities I enjoy PHE and Drama.  I am really excited about being on this learning journey. I have had wonderful times with my group!

As we formed conclusions, we thought about how we could make changes in our own lifestyle. Personally and as a group, we thought of an Action. As a personal action, I planted a tree in Palace Grounds, as it helps absorb the CO2 from nearby traffic areas. As a group action, we went to a government school and gave a presentation through models and charts, about global warming. It was a awesome experience sharing our learning with other students.. A challenge we faced was difficulties in communicating with the students, which we overcame by having a teacher help us translate
