I am Dhruv Krishnan. I love videogames, horseback riding , making YouTube videos , outdoor activities, and I love to sing! I love my school and this is my 5th year in PYP.  As part of my Exhibition, I chose to inquire into the global concern of ‘Food Wastage’. I was moved by a real incident my Dad shared with me. He was working with immigrants in Surat and during the lockdown there were families with kids who got barely any food and they had to depend on charity from few people. Another instance which moved me was the narration from the novel, ‘The Bridge Home’, where the rich people have surplus and wasted and the poor kids did not even have a morsel to eat. I reflected on all these and came to the conclusion that I am among the fortunate ones getting enough to eat and even affording to waste, but let me do something for the cause of the less fortunate and hence I chose this concern..  I chose Music as my creative art form to express my concern as I believe that I can spread the message responsibly and impactfully through Music as I am a budding Musician.
