Lesson 1

The student choice board that I created allows students to choose  what they create, how they create it and how they are assessed on the content.  My students will first choose to create two of the graphic we learned about out of three options.  The reason the options are so few is because it will greatly depend on whether I am teaching my students in a remote learning environment or face to face.  A face to face environment would not necessarily yield different types of graphics, but I could give students choice in what effects, animations they wanted to display as an additional option.  

The second option on the choice board would be for students to pick what technical tool they would like to use to create their graphics, they have three options to explore and after exploring the options they can decide which best fits their needs.

The third option is that students can decide to be assessed either on Edpuzzle or Socrative.  I chose these two formats because one appeals to visual learners while the other appeals to more of a linguistic learner.  I felt like it was important to give options that catered to multiple learners.
