South Africa

One of Albert's friends had given him the chance to move him and his family to South Africa. So from 1973-81 he and his family moved to Pretoria, Republic of South Africa. There, Albert worked at one of the leading international scientific research centers, to develop solutions for numerical problems while his wife translated at a diplomatic mission. It had been a transition for the kids to move here at first but over time they became more and more accustomed to the environment. Spending a lot of their youth years here meant that they would experience a lot here and it had been very fun for them.
