Transfer Tasks

Reflection: Are you prepared, as far as "Classroom Environment" goes, for the start of the school year? What help/ideas do you need (e.g. arranging desks, brainstorming procedures, figuring out technology, etc.)? Email your response to your mentor.
Once you have your classroom completely set up, take pictures with your phone and send them to your mentor.
Map out your classroom by hand or with SIS or classroom architect and send a copy to your mentor.
- Identify the class seating arrangements and how small groups will be formed a varying sizes in that arrangement.
- Identify areas of the room that you will use for special info such calendar/due dates, objectives/I cans, absent work, etc.
- Identify where frequently used tools will be located for easy student access.
- Identify your teacher area(s).
- Identify any other areas that you feel will be important to your classroom environment and their purpose.
