Transfer Tasks 

• Write down the 5 things that you are most unsure or concerned about regarding classroom management. Have a reflective conversation with your mentor about your concerns.

• Identify 5 major procedures that will be necessary in your classroom that you can train your students on during the first day or two of class. Write a description of what the procedure is and how you are going to explain, model, and practice the each procedure.

• Complete the Classroom Management Plan Template. Share it with your mentor.

• Put a copy of your procedures in your New Teacher Folder/Binder to bring to New Teacher Induction in August.
