Most often, teachers have problems logging into Clever because their Primary email in Infinite Campus is not their Nebo email. The Primary email can be changed by your school secretary or by calling Technical Services at 801-354-7402.

Clever Parent
A student's parents are linked in Clever through Infinite Campus and can be sent an invitation to set up a Clever Parent account through Messaging. If a parent/guardian does not receive a Clever Parent invitation, it is most likely they have not created an account in Infinite Campus.
