Pursuant to RA 11713, National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) is institutionalized to provide quality professional development programs on teacher education to in-service teachers, school leaders, and other teaching-related personnel in all public and private basic education institutions. 

Strong in its commitment to the fourth pillar of the MATATAG Agenda, to Give support to teachers to teach better, NEAP has designed the training for G2358 that will do away with the cascading model. 

NEAP directives are to support the Curriculum and Teaching strand in the training of teachers in the Revised K-12 Curriculum Implementation.
