Go to your organisations Relatics environment (https://[yourcompany].relaticsonline.com/) and click on the "iBIM administrator workspace".
On the top of the landing page you will find the "Workspace ID GUID" which you need for the setup of the iBIM connectors (see Configuration).
This workspace manages the users and workspace(s) accessible through the iBIM Connector(s).
On the page “Workspaces Overview” you can add the workspaces to which the iBIM connectors users will be able to connect when working with the iBIM methodology. Please fill in the name of the workspace and its Relatics ID.
On the page “Users overview” you will see all the Relatics users that will work with the neanex iBIM connectors.
To add a new user, go to the users in the workspace studio or this workspace and select the appropriate user from the environment. The person instance is automatically created. In the table "Users overview", enter the correct Relatics user name.
Give the person access to one or more workspaces.
Please verify that the user can actually access the specific workspace(s), and has the role(s) for the iBIM Connector(s) in that workspace.
The page “CAD configuration files" allows the system administrator to upload and manage the configuration files used by the V2 iBIM connectors. Please take into account that if you are using the V1 iBIM connectors you will need to contact your system administrator or neanex for its configuration.
The page “Logs” gives an overview of who has used which connector with which workspace in the current environment.
The page "neanex communication" gives an overview of tickets and release notes.
On the tickets tab you can find the status of bugs and features related to this workspace.
On the release notes tab you can find the latest features of the installation files.
