Configuration
Configuration
After installation of the iBIM connector, additional configuration is required. The configuration will be done in the Relatics environment of your organisation.
Go to your organisations Relatics environment (https://[yourcompany].relaticsonline.com/) and click on the "iBIM administrator workspace".
Note: This workspace is only visible after implementation by a neanex consultant. Please contact us via http://www.neanex.com/support/
Copy the Workspace ID to your clipboard. You will need this a few steps later.
Run the Connector from the CAD software ("Add-ins" tab).
When running the Connector for the fist time, the Relatics Environment and the ID of the administrator workspace have to be specified.
You will get the follow message box.
The easiest way is to import an environment file which was created (exported) by your iBIM system administrator.
You can manually specify the Relatics Environment URI and the iBIM administrator workspace ID by clicking on "Add...".
The following fields need to be completed (If you do not have this information, please contact your iBIM system administrator):
Relatics Server / Environment URI (e.g. https://neanex.relaticsonline.com/)
iBIM Administrator Workspace ID: Enter the ID you find on the homepage of your iBIM administrator workspace (see iBIM Administrator Workspace).
Make sure there are no spaces or other unprintable characters present in these fields!
Click on OK to validate and accept the input.
Click on OK again on the "Relatics Environments" window to save all the specified environment information.
The following dialog will appear where you can manage Relatics environment information, and where you can add new environments.

Having clicked on OK the iBIM Connector opens a new window and prompts you to log in.
In case you added several Relatics Environments, select the one you want to log in.
Enter your Relatics credentials.
You are now ready to use the iBIM Connectors in the CAD Software. If you wish to configure more settings of the iBIM connectors, please check the page about the iBIM Administrator Workspace.
