Learn about warnings and error messages, and find solutions to common problems.
The error message below pops up when you don't have internet access, for example when your device is in airplane mode or not connected to either WiFi, mobile network or a data cable.
make sure you entered the correct Environment URL;
check your data connection;
reconnect your WiFi if you are using a wireless connection;
make sure airplane mode is turned off;
If this doesn't work, it is recommended that you contact your system administrator.
The error message mentions most frequent scenarios preventing you to log into Relatics.
make sure you entered the correct username and/or password;
verify that you have sufficient rights in Relatics with your Relatics administrator;
try logging into Relatics in your webbrowser to make sure Relatics servers aren't down or offline;
make sure you have a working internet connection, you can check this in your web browser by accessing a random website;
make sure your firewall isn't blocking the communication between the connector and Relatics, you can check this by shutting down your firewall temporarily.
In order to bring changes to the data (create connections, change parameters, etc) the user needs to exit the "read-only" mode.
When another user made changes to the CAD document, the iBIM Connector will remind you to update the connections.
By clicking OK, a second pop up will allow you to update them.
No acces to any workspace in the environment. If you don't have access to any workspace(s) in the environment you entered, it means you are not granted acces to a workspace in the iBIM administrator workspace.
This error message also occurs when the Relatics username of the user has not been correctly entered in the iBIM administrator workspace.
This error occurs when an incorrect Workspace ID is entered.
Please have a look at the Configuration page to make sure your connector is properly configured.
The Error message below pops up when your license is not active (anymore).
Make sure your organisation has an active license by contacting your iBIM system administrator.
The error message below pops-up when the CAD software for which you are installing the connector, is still running.
Make sure you close the application before running the iBIM connector setup.
If you get the error message "GEEN NETWERK", make sure you have a stable internet connection (mobile or Wi-Fi)
The message "ONBEKEND" will appear everytime you scan a QR-code when the app is not (correctly) configured (e.g. the app is linked to a different workspace than the one hosting the project you are working on).
Ask your system administrator for the location of the "config QR-code" in the appropriate Relatics workspace.
