The Principles of Adult Learning Scale measures how well an adult education teacher's behavior matches their expressed belief in collaborative teaching-learning. I was identified on the scale as "Somewhat Learner Centered," Which reflects some inconsistency between my extremely learner-centered philosophy and my actions, which are too often teacher-centered.
