Once your theology teacher/the Christian Service Coordinator has received your signed ADLA Guidelines, it can be reviewed to make sure:

1) the forms are properly filled out and nothing is missing

3) the service site is sponsored by a school, parish, or charitable (non-profit) organization or agency (or if in 9th grade at home)

4) the service site is not a for profit business nor are you being paid to serve there

If there are any problems in the above list, you will be notified and asked to remedy the situation/alter your service project depending on the circumstances.

Now that you have submitted your service activity/project idea, and it has been approved, you may begin serving at your service site. Remember to clock your hours, either in x2VOL or on your phone with dates and amount of time so you have an accurate record. Some service sites even have their own digital platform for recording your hours which you should use and then upload their form to your account in x2VOL.Â
