The Tampa Summit weekend will be held from February 27 - March 1, 2026! We are excited for your cohort to gather for the first time since June! We will use this site to communicate information about the logistics for our immersion weekend in Tampa. LOGISTICS
1. Travel
En Route to the Summit:
For those of you flying into Tampa: We will arrange for a member of our team to pick you up from the airport when you arrive and drop you off in time for your departure. That person will be in touch to arrange pick-up times and locations upon your arrival. If you haven't done so yet, please share your flight itinerary with me via email.
For those of you who will be driving to Tampa: You should plan to arrive at the Bethany Center in Lutz, Florida between 3-4:30 PM to check in Our first session will begin at 5 PM. We will share information about reimbursement when you arrive. Parking is available on-site at the Bethany Center.
During the Summit: We will be at the Bethany Center on Friday evening and throughout the day on Saturday. On Sunday morning, we will depart the Bethany Center for a school visit at Cristo Rey Tampa and a lunch at Maggiano's Little Italy. Rides will be available to the airport on Sunday after lunch. If you have a later departure time and wish to explore Tampa, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to the airport.
2. Accommodations
The accommodations at the Bethany Center are quite comfortable. "Each cottage room has a private bathroom. On the first floor of each of the six cottages is a well-equipped gathering room that offers a relaxing and informal place to gather with others. Wrap around porches, rocking chairs, and sunset views are yours to enjoy just outside the door of your room." Read more about the accommodations on the Bethany Center website.
3. Meals & Transportation
All sessions and meals on Friday and Saturday will be provided at the Bethany Center. On Sunday, we will visit Cristo Rey Tampa and have lunch at Maggiano's. Our team members will take care of transportation between the Bethany Center, the school, and the airport on Sunday.
4. Attire
The attire for the weekend is business casual/casual. It is shaping up to be a beautiful weekend in Tampa. The temperature will range from the low 80s in the day to the high 50s at night with no rain in the forecast.

6. Packing
We'll ask at least one member from each PLC to bring a laptop. You'll use this laptop during the Capstone Project introduction.
