The NCUHS Mobile Mug Program is proud to celebrate receiving the VCSEA 2026 Golden Apple Award, a tremendous honor that recognizes the impact of inclusion, community involvement, and student achievement throughout Vermont.
Diane Tutko is our Assistant Special Services Director at NCUHS. Diane's encouragement, leadership, and unwavering belief in our students have helped make opportunities like Mobile Mug possible. We are incredibly grateful for her continued support and the care she shows for our students every day.
This award belongs to the many students, staff, families, community partners, and supporters who believe in creating meaningful opportunities for all learners. Through Mobile Mug, students gain valuable work-readiness skills, build confidence, develop friendships, and experience the joy of giving back to their community.
Thank you, Diane, for your support, kindness, and dedication to helping our students succeed. Together, we continue to prove that inclusion creates opportunities, strengthens communities, and changes lives.
