MAKE MEDIA '23

MAKE MEDIA is an initiative at the Department of Communication to showcase production media work created by undergraduate and graduate students in Communication. MAKE MEDIA has three main goals: give visibility to the amazing work done by students in their courses; showcase the skills and competencies developed in media production courses for current and future majors; provide current students with an opportunity to practice professional communication and presentation skills while networking with colleagues, faculty, staff, and community members. This inaugural edition is organized by Dr. Fernanda Duarte (Assistant Professor) and Margaret Baker (Ph.D. candidate in Communication, Rhetoric, and Digital Media), and features work from courses in Video Production, Critical Media Making, and Documentary Storytelling. This event is part of CUES - Communication Undergraduate Event Series.
