NC State University supports a culture of community engagement, free expression and debate of ideas, and is committed to facilitating a safe learning environment for the community to exercise their First Amendment rights while minimizing any interference with normal University operations. The Activity Resource Team is utilized to support that goal by providing information, observing, and responding to campus activities including, but not limited to, events, protests, marches, campouts, sit-ins, takeovers, and the associated distribution of literature, each an “Activity.”
