Darby and an interdisciplinary team of skilled individuals are working on several different projects related to the Sasquatch Phenomena. You can find more about those, here.
In the original DNA project, a team of researchers has been investigating alleged samples of specimens found by individuals and shared with the research team. Some of these samples are biological examples like hair or nails, some are found in interesting circumstances, and most are associated with an individual’s sasquatch encounter or a reported experience.
Project explores the potential of biologic material dropped or left behind in the environment, particularly in and around found track samples. Rather than a traditional DNA analysis, eDNA (or environmental DNA) investigates the genetic material found in the area around sample types like water, soil, aerosols, and food.
