This session provides valuable insights into setting up your course, organizing content, and utilizing Moodle's features to create a welcoming and engaging learning environment from the start. 

Join us for a reflective journey as we bid farewell to Jamboard while embracing a new era in digital whiteboarding. In this session, we'll have a moment of remembrance and discussion around our most innovative strategies birthed through the use of Jamboard. Then we’ll dive into the growing innovative landscape of digital Whiteboarding. 

The Zoom whiteboard is a versatile tool capable of enhancing productivity, organization, and most importantly, collaboration. Collaboration using this tool can take various forms, such as student-to-student, student-to-teacher, and student-to-content interactions.

What makes active learning truly active? In this workshop, participants will explore that question while getting a hands-on introduction to Padlet, a collaborative bulletin board tool coming soon to NC State. Attendees will discover Padlet’s features and templates, brainstorm classroom applications, and explore how it can enhance active learning in both face-to-face and online settings—all before its official launch.
