We will leave from NCSSM-Durham late in the night to begin our journey to Japan! Long day of travel ahead!

Arrive in Tokyo, meet up with our guide at the airport, and travel to our hotel.

Today, we will visit the Asakusa Sensō-ji Temple, the oldest temple in Tokyo. While there, we will enjoy the Nakamise District, a street of shopping leading up to the temple, and Ueno Park. We'll finish up with a visit to Akihabara before taking in the views of Tokyo from above at Tokyo Tower.

Today, we'll visit Tsukiji Outer Market, a famous fish market in Tokyo. We'll get to experience the beauty of the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace before heading to Takeshita-dori, the pedestrian heart of Harajuku. We'll visit the iconic Shibuya Crossing today, too!

Visit "Kyoto's Kitchen," Nishiki Market. Experience traditional Japanese weaving and view beautiful textiles at the Nishijin Textile Center. Immerse yourself in a tunnel of green with a stroll through Arashiyama - Sagano Bamboo Forest. Visit the Golden Pavilion and experience a taste of historic Japan in the Gion Geisha District.

Visit Osaka Castle, a key landmark in Osaka. Explore nostalgic Shinsekai and pop-culture hub Nipponbashi Den Den Town. Finally, visit Japan's Times Square, Dotonbori.

Tour ends after breakfast :( We'll travel back to the airport then.

The long journey home to NCSSM! We'll bring all students back to campus, you may sign them out for extended weekend from Bryan Desk.
