Raleigh Chinese Language School (RCLS) rents designated space at Laurel Park Elementary School to conduct its educational programs. During RCLS rental hours, RCLS maintains insurance coverage for authorized activities and is responsible for ensuring that the facilities are used only for approved purposes and by authorized individuals.

羅利中文學校（RCLS）租用 Laurel Park 小學的指定區域辦理各項教學活動。在 RCLS 租用時段內，學校為授權活動投保相關保險，並負責確保校舍設施僅用於經批准的用途，且僅供授權人員使用。

For purposes of this notice, authorized programs include RCLS, FASCA, and TCML activities approved by RCLS. Authorized individuals include enrolled students, their parents or legal guardians, teachers, staff, volunteers, program participants, and others specifically approved by RCLS.

本通知所稱之授權活動，包括經 RCLS 批准的 RCLS、FASCA 及台灣學習中心（TCML）等活動。授權人員則包括在校學生、其父母或法定監護人、教師、行政人員、志工、活動參與者，以及其他經 RCLS 特別批准之人員。

Accordingly, access to and use of the facilities during RCLS rental hours are limited to the following:

• Students currently enrolled in authorized RCLS programs;

• Parents or legal guardians of currently enrolled students;

• RCLS teachers, staff, volunteers, and other individuals specifically authorized for school-related purposes; and

• Participants attending authorized FASCA or TCML activities conducted during RCLS rental hours.

因此，在 RCLS 租用時段內，校舍設施的使用與進出僅限於以下人員：

• 目前已報名參加 RCLS 授權課程之學生；

• 在校學生之父母或法定監護人；

• RCLS 教師、行政人員、志工，以及其他因學校相關事務獲得特別授權之人員；

• 參加於 RCLS 租用時段內舉辦之 FASCA 或 TCML 授權活動的參與者。

All RCLS families, staff, volunteers, and program participants are expected to help maintain a safe and secure environment. Please do not invite or permit unaffiliated individuals to enter or use the facilities during RCLS rental hours. Anyone who is not authorized may be asked to leave immediately. Please report access or safety concerns promptly to an RCLS staff member or a representative of the Board

of Directors.

請所有 RCLS 家庭、教職員、志工及活動參與者共同維護校園的安全與秩序。請勿邀請或允許無關人員於 RCLS 租用時段內進入或使用校舍設施。任何未獲授權之人員均可能被要求立即離開。若發現任何進出管制或安全方面的疑慮，請立即向 RCLS 工作人員或董事會代表反映。
