CURRENT STUDENTS.....DO NOT SEND YOUR TRANSCRIPT AT THIS POINT.  THE STATE, NCDPI,  IS STILL WORKING OUT PROBLEMS WITH THE TRANSCRIPTS FROM OUR NEW SYSTEM, INFINITE CAMPUS.  WE WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN THEY ARE READY TO BE SENT.  

Official Transcripts for Seniors applying for colleges may be requested through two methods:

1. Electronically through CFNC.org

• Current students should go to http://www.cfnc.org/ and create an account. You will need to enter the following information in your profile: Name, E-mail address, gender, date of birth, Northern Nash High School, and your Student  ID #.

• After creating your account click on Apply -> To College-> Transcript Manager -> Go to Transcript Manager -> Click on college applying to-> Submit

2.  Mailed hard copy (Typically for out of state if not using Common App).

Official Transcripts for Seniors applying for scholarships may be requested through the following method:

1. Please email or see Mrs. Engelking in the Counseling office.  jlengelking@ncpschools.net

2. Unofficial copies of transcripts may be emailed to the scholarship agency if the student provides the email address.

**At the end of the school year, seniors will need to fill out the senior information form that identifies where they would like their final transcript to be sent.  These transcripts will be sent shortly after the year's final grades have been finalized.  Northern Nash High School will send only one (1) finalized transcript to the address the senior provides on the form.  Additional transcripts can be obtained by following the Previous Student section of requesting transcripts.**

All graduates from Northern Nash High School can obtain a copy of their transcript by doing the following:

1. Go to Ncpschools.net

2. Click the Blue Icon on the front page that says "Transcripts"

3. Click the secure site link on the Student Records Requests

4. Click the blue student icon that states "Click Here if you are a former student and would like to order your student record or transcript".

5. Fill in all required information.

6. Proceed to checkout.

7. Pay amount and your official transcript will be sent to the desired location.
