Student Video Uploads into Folders
UPLOAD WINDOW IS OPEN!! You can upload your student's video recordings from now until TIME AND DATE!
It is important to know that you will no longer have access to your student's folder after TIME AND DATE.
I have attached this loom video with directions on how to upload your videos.
To upload a video:
1) Go to the same website you went to register your students for auditions
2) Click on the upload button (purple) to the right of that student's name
3) Click the "+ New" button on the top right in the folder
4) Click upload file, find your file name, click upload
In the video:
1) Please make sure that your student is not wearing anything from their school, or that there is no school identifying information in the video.
2) Click start on the recording device
3) Click play on the backing track (needs to be on a separate device from the recording device)
4) Play the head once (second ending no repeat); chorus 1; chorus 2; improv for 2 choruses
5) The backing track will stop, so then stop the recording - you're done!
**More information will come about judging- but you will have a window of a few days to get with your co-judge to listen to the recordings of students together simultaneously.
