For staff who are also parents of district students, you can see your parent account/information by clicking on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, selecting “My Account,” then clicking on “Combine with another account” in the lower right portion of the screen. This will allow you to see and control all of the information for you and your students in one place.

Watch this 30-minute teacher training video
OR
Complete this Teacher 101 training module,
AND
Create a test group and practice sending posts to that group so that parents don’t receive extraneous messages.
If you feel comfortable by this point, feel free to begin using ParentSquare to communicate with families in your classes.
