For staff who are also parents of district students, you can see your parent account/information by clicking on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, selecting “My Account,” then clicking on “Combine with another account” in the lower right portion of the screen. This will allow you to see and control all of the information for you and your students in one place.

Create a test group and practice sending posts to that group so that parents don’t receive extraneous messages.
