Mentorship Program

Our vision is to foster one-on-one connections between clinical research professionals.

Our mission is to build an interconnected network of clinical research professionals that promotes coaching, guidance, career advice and exposure to available career paths.

The NCC-ACRP Mentorship Program is designed to connect the clinical research community with experienced clinical research professionals in order to support one’s professional career development. This program will help facilitate a relationship between mentor and mentee that will grow over the career of both individuals.

The program will strive to foster a culture of diversity free of bias.

The mentors of the program are established clinical research professionals. Potential mentees must be members of the Northern California Chapter of the ACRP and maintain it throughout their participation in the mentorship program. Mentors and mentees will be matched for 7 months active participation.
