Students are not permitted to use cellular phones, smartwatches, or other electronic devices during school hours unless medically necessary.  These devices must be kept in the students’ bookbags upon entering the building and remain there until students leave for the day. Only in times of special emergencies/situations will students be permitted to use the office phone and/or their cell phones with permission from a staff member. 

Students will be given a warning the first time they are found with an unapproved electronic device.  Repeat offenders will have their devices kept in the main office until the end of the day.  When necessary, parents may need to come to school to obtain their child's device. 

 Make sure that after-school plans are discussed in the morning.  However, we recognize that things change, so please review these guidelines if you need to communicate any updates.
