The best way to communicate with the whole team and with individual team members is via the Translator slack channel (ncatstranslator.slack.com).
The Translator Development Phase Contacts sheet provides details on individual members for the consortium. Alternatively, you can also send a consortium-wide communication to translator-all@googlegroups.com.
Details about committees and working groups can be found on their Translator pages. Use the below document to find the schedule of the regularly occurring meetings.
Agendas and notes are kept for each meeting and can be accessed through the Gsuite Committee or Working Group folder. Since meetings are not recorded by default, email Debbi Adelakun to request that the meeting be recorded ahead of time and she will ensure the recording is made available to you after the meeting.
In addition to the minutes and weekly recap emails, updates are posted on the GitHub Announcements board.
Team members should strive to respond to communication within 48 hours during regular business hours.
In addition to #general, Slack channels correspond to Committees and Working Groups.
