Logistics

The symposium will take place in Leeds.

The venue is the Upper Chapel at Fairbairn House, 71-75 Clarendon Road, Leeds, LS2 9PH.

Fairbairn House is the headquarters of the National Centre for Atmospheric Science.

All registered attendees will be provided with accommodation on the night of Thursday March 6 2025 if needed.

All meals and refreshments will be provided during the event, including dinner on Thursday evening.  The event ends at around 15:15 Friday March 7 2025.

There is no registration fee to attend the event.

Attendees must arrange and pay for their own travel to Leeds.

NCAS staff should claim travel costs from their local budget.
