Summer 2025 Multilingual Learner Newcomers Program


This dynamic summer course is designed to empower multilingual learners by engaging them with core academic content through meaningful personal experiences and connections. Through thematic reading, interactive listening comprehension activities, and guided discussions, students will deepen their understanding while making relevant connections to their own lives. The program provides explicit, structured practice in all four language domains, Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing, ensuring a well-rounded approach to language development. Students will build academic confidence as they expand their vocabulary, with a focus on tiered academic vocabulary that supports comprehension across subjects and real-world applications. With engaging activities, collaborative learning opportunities, and differentiated support, students will strengthen their language skills in a supportive and enriching environment, preparing them for success in the upcoming school year.


Students:  Current ESL Level 1 Students 

Dates: July 1 -July  31, 2025


Times: Monday - Thursday from 8:30 AM- 12:30 PM (No classes on Fridays)
