Project-based learning empowers students to seize control over their instructional experiences, make real-world connections, and problem-solve with a hands-on approach to learning. Curriculum will focus on environmental science and climate change learning so that students are empowered to propose solutions that promote sustainability and healthier communities. During our summer program, students will have a structured day that is meant to embed creativity, collaboration, and most importantly fun.
Included in the day is reading and math instruction. Students in 4-7 will receive foundational phonics instruction through engaging, hands-on learning to reinforce reading concepts and will engage in mathematics acceleration and learning to prepare students for success the next school year.
