As highlighted on the finance page, one way we aim to raise funds to get the club established and to keep it running is through the supporters. This is because we believe that the sole reliance on donations from business partners should be a thing of the past.
We aim to raise funds through the 200 club, initial crowdfunding to meet some of the set up costs, and through other events.
The 200 Club is a monthly prize draw consisting of four cash prizes, with the top prize being £300. Once the prize money has been secured and a contribution made towards Co-Op running costs, the remainder will be invested into the football club. The aim is to raise £15,000 per year through this. We are keen for all Boro fans, who can afford to do so, to take part, be in with a chance of winning a cash prize, and help the running of our football club.
How do I play?
Each 200 club participant is allocated a number who are then entered in the draw which takes place each month. Four numbers are picked at random and allocated the prizes based on the order that they are picked, and they are also included back in the next month's draw. Each winner be contacted and their prize will be transferred to them via cheque or transfer. There is no limit on the amount of times an individual may win nor limits number of entries that an individual may have.
Who can play?
The 200 club is open to anyone over the age of 16.

In the spirit of partnership, we would like the fanbase to help us to, as a minimum, match the football club's business partners funding. So far, there are ten business partners who have kindly pledged £600 each to help with the cost of the initial set up of the football club. There are front end costs such as kit, equipment, stadium hire for pre-season games, payment of match officials, legal fees, insurance, FA/League affiliation, website costs.
Therefore, we will be asking supporters who are in a position to do so for donations to match the business partners initial funding of £6,000.
We are looking for the best platform to do this, and will let fans know as soon as this is confirmed.
