Moodle Quiz

Moving Questions to a Different Question Category

Questions stored within the course question bank can be moved between categories for better organization. This is helpful when using question randomization feature.

Note: This steps requires you to first add a Moodle Quiz in your course.

Step 1: Click on the Quiz title in your course.

Step 2: Once viewing the Quiz , click the Gear icon and select Question Bank.

Step 3 : Under the Question tab, select the category where question currently is stored.

Step 4: Click the checkbox next to the question(s) that need to be moved.

Step 5: Click the category drop-down menu at the bottom of the page and select the destination category for the questions.

Step 6: Click Move to >> to send the questions to the selected category.

The screen will refresh and then display the questions under the selected Move To category.
