Viewing Analytics in Echo360

Step 1: Click on the Echo360 video link in your course.

(See adding an Echo360 link to your Moodle course for instructions on how to set this up)

Step 2: Click the Analytics tab in the top right side of the screen.

Step3: You are now on your Echo360 course dashboard. Click the class of the analytics that you would like to look at.

The view options within analytics are:

Total Views of All Media
Polls
Specifics for Individual Videos

Data Options Within Analytics

1. Total Views of All Media

In this menu, you can access:

Specific Time Ranges
Number of views for each video for a given day
Various viewing analytics per individual video
Download data

2. Polls

In this menu, you can access:

Overview of all responses
Specific Media for each Echo360 video
Overview of all poll questions for each Echo360 video
Overview of student response data for all or each poll question
Download data

3. View Specifics for Individual Videos

In this menu, you can access:

Individual student viewing data
1. - Total views
  - Total view time
  - Number of on-demand views
  - Number of downloads
  - Last view date
