The mission of the NJROTC program is to instill the values of citizenship, service to the United States, personal responsibility, self-reliance, and personal achievement in every cadet. Our primary goal is to help cadets succeed in high school while developing leadership skills, teamwork, self-confidence, strong character, and self-discipline through the reinforcement of core values.

Through classroom instruction, leadership opportunities, and community involvement, the NJROTC program develops informed and responsible citizens, fosters patriotism and civic responsibility, encourages community service, and inspires students to become servant leaders who make a positive impact in their schools and communities.
