The fundraising that InwardBound Wilderness undertakes helps tremendously with the off set of the program costs for the particiapants. We program with girls from the Cape Cod community. Although we are from a popular summer vacation area, the group consists of girls from the year round population. Our school district is catagorized as a Title 1 district where over 30% of the students are eligible for free lunch. As for the financial diversity, like many Cape Codders with young families, many of the girls come from households that are made up of single parent or the parents are working multiple jobs throughout the year to make ends meet. It is a true struggle. We rely on the support from donations and participation in our fundraising events. Below are our ongoing fundraising events, which includes our website as well.
