Social & Emotional Learning
Naugatuck Public Schools has been engaged in research-based practices to support the social and emotional wellbeing of our students. The district uses RULER, a program designed by Yale University's Center for Emotional Intelligence, to support our students with strategies to express and regulate their emotions in healthy and productive ways.
