Events

The GELL Center organizes a variety of regular and special events in support of language and culture study throughout the semester. They include such regular series as the Global Film Series, with films in languages represented in the Global Languages and Cultures, and new series such as cultural presentations offered by our conversation facilitators. Other special events include the highly popular Global Game Night/Day, staged by students and faculty once a semester, Global Cooking Nights, and the Careers in Language workshops.
