Yes. Each new school year requires new registration forms and fees.
Do I have to let you know when my student is going to attend MAP for the day?

No. You do not have to let us know that your student is attending for the day. As a drop-in program, you can use it as needed.
If it is not part of your student's routine to attend, we recommend that you reach out to both the student's teacher and MAP to let them know your student will be attending for the day.

We have a monthly billing cycle. Statements are available on the 2nd of the month following services. Payments are due on the 10th of the month. A late fee of $5.00 is assessed if not received by the 15th.
Once registered, you will make your payments online through MyProcare.com.
Cash and checks cannot be accepted.

How much does it cost?
There is a registration fee of $50.00 per family per session. Each school year and summer is considered a new session. Our rates are hourly at $9.25/hour. There is a $45.00 daily cap.
Are there any discounts available for families?
Are there any discounts available for families?
Yes. We offer the following discounts:
Sibling: A sibling discount of 10% off monthly fees for each additional sibling.
Free & Reduced Lunch: We offer a reduced rate for families who qualify for the Free & Reduced Lunch Program. While breakfasts and lunches are offered free for California schools, we highly encourage families to apply for the program with NUSD. To receive this discount, the verification letter from food services needs to be submitted to M.A.P. This discount is valid for the duration of the current school year and must be renewed each year.
