Yes. Each new school year requires new registration forms and fees.
No. You do not have to let us know that your student is attending for the day. We are a drop in program, so you can use it as needed. In the registration packet there is a section on the Student Information sheet that you can mark the days you anticipate your student attending and helps us plan accordingly.
If it is not part of your student's regular routine to attend, we reccommend that you reach out to both the teacher and MAP, to let them know your student will be attending for the day.
We have a monthly billing cycle. Statements are available on the 2nd of the month following services. Payments are due on the 10th of the month. A late fee of $5.00 is assessed if not recieved by the 15th.
Once registered, you will make your payments online through Myprocare.com.

There is a regestration fee of $50.00 per family per session. Each school year and summer is considered a new session. Our rates are hourly at $8.25/hour. There is a $40.00 daily cap which usually is effective during school breaks, but you will not get charged for than $40.00 a day.
Yes. We offer the following discounts:
Sibling: A sibling discount of 10% off monthly fees for each additional sibling.
Free & Reduced Lunch: We offer a reduced rate for families who qualify for the Free & Reduced Lunch Program. While breakfasts and lunches are offered free for California schools, we highly encourage families to apply for the program with NUSD. To receive this discount, the verification letter from food services needs to be submitted to M.A.P. This discount is valid for the duration of the current school year and must be renewed each year.
