Sometimes, it takes someone in your corner to help you make sense of your health and show you that small, sustainable changes can lead to long-term results. My coaching and other services are designed to help you feel more energised, more in control, and more like yourself again. Everything I offer is rooted in realistic and achievable lifestyle strategies, backed by scientific research and built around one clear goal: to support your healthspan, so you can feel strong and healthy for years to come.
Stage 1: It all begins with your Bespoke Lifestyle Prescription
Your personalised starting point and the heart of my 1:1 work.
This is the foundation of everything I do with my clients. It’s my signature service and the part my clients value most, because it gives you something rare: a personalised, realistic plan that’s built entirely around you.
Before we get together, you’ll complete my bespoke lifestyle questionnaire. I’ll carefully review your responses, and then we’ll meet for a 2 hour session (online or in person) to explore the results and make a plan for the future.
Together, we’ll co-create your Bespoke Lifestyle Prescription - a realistic and achievable plan designed to support how you feel today, and how you want to feel in the years ahead. It’s based on my three foundational pillars of health:
Mind – connection, stress, and sleep
Menu – hydration and whole food nutrition
Move – daily activity, movement, and time in nature
You’ll leave with a clear, practical plan and a fresh sense of focus around what matters most to you.
For many, this is the moment things start to shift. From here, most people choose to continue into Stage 2, where we can bring the plan to life together - with the right support, encouragement, and space to adapt it as life unfolds.
Stage 2: Your Ongoing Support Pathway

Once you have your personalised plan in hand, this is where the real change happens. These 1:1 sessions give you the space, support, and accountability to turn intention into action – one step at a time.
We'll work together to:
Put your plan into motion with clear, manageable goals
Tackle any challenges and adapt the plan as needed
Stay motivated with thoughtful check-ins and practical guidance
Access exclusive follow-up resources to keep you on track
You can choose the support package that fits your pace and goals:
4 sessions – A short-term reset to build momentum
8 sessions – Consistent support to establish strong habits
12 sessions – A longer-term partnership for sustainable transformation
Each session lasts an hour and includes a personalised follow-up, with the addition of practical steps and encouragement between calls.

Time to Talk – One-Off Sessions
Focused support, just when you need it. If you’re not ready for a fully comprehensive coaching package, or you simply want to work through something specific, Time to Talk is a single 60-minute session where you set the agenda.
It’s your space to:

Reset your focus when life feels overwhelming
Get targeted advice you can put into action straight away
