Teachers must sign up through the correct Google calendar, and can choose from the following:
Scheduling time: Aim for a maximum of 2 hours at a time (2 class periods plus time to get and return devices, if applicable)
Teachers may reserve devices at set times/days for long-term ongoing projects. However, they may not reserve them for the entire duration of the school year.Â
Teachers are responsible for returning devices to the cart and plugging them in to charge.
