Creating Your Student Account

Once you are registered, you will receive a NCC college ID number. The username and password for all platforms is setup through the Student Portal. The Student Portal includes Self Service, Moodle and your email account.  The password expires every 90 days in which it will then need to be reset.

Self Service is the all inclusive Nash Community College student portal.  Self Service can be used to register for classes review financial information, review grades, and access the course catalog.

Moodle is the online class management system and is always available on the first day of class. Students use Moodle to access course syllabi, check grades, submit assignments, and access course documents. 

Gmail is the official means of communication between NCC and students and should be checked daily. Students use Gmail to receive instructor updates and other pertinent information from NCC. 

Official transcripts must be ordered through the clearinghouse through the NCC website.
