How can I be successful in the CCP program?

Students who are most successful devote the necessary time to classes, check their NCC email daily to stay abreast of the latest updates, submit work ahead of due dates, and keep consistent contact with instructors.

How can I drop a course?

Please contact your CCP coach first and read through the withdrawals section of the site.  Dropping a course is a serious matter and should be the last resort if experiencing difficulty in a class.  Faculty and staff at NCC want you to be successful and there are ample resources in place to ensure your success if lines of communication are kept open.

Please consider one of the following before withdrawing from a course:

Tutoring is available in person or virtually.  See here for more information.

Who pays for books?

The CCP program does not cover the cost of books or other course materials.  If you are a Nash County Public Schools student and are enrolled in a CTE Program please see your Career Development Coordinator for course materials.

For students in college transfer pathways books are not covered, however, NCC has tried to reduce the cost by lowering the cost of inclusive access fees.  Please log into self service and click on student finance to determine if there is a fee to be paid.

All other students are responsible to pay for their books and any other supplies needed to be successful in courses.

How do I pay my inclusive access fee?

Inclusive access fees can be paid online through the Finance Tab on Self Service or by calling our cashiers office.  (252) 451-8288

How do I find my NCC student ID?

Log into Self Service and click on My Profile to access your student ID number.
