The EBLI apps below are engaging and fun for students but also help to improve their phonics, spelling, and handwriting skills. EBLI Lite is a free app, while the other three apps are $4.99 each.
EBLI Island Lite
This FREE app is designed for teaching beginning reading instruction to students 3 years and older. It includes the first 4 stories of the EBLI Island app. Download this app to try it out with your child at home.
EBLI Island
EBLI Island is designed to teach beginning reading skills to students who are 3 years and older. It teaches students to blending, segmenting, handwriting, and fluency skills. It includes 16 stories that students will enjoy and read confidently!
EBLI Space
The EBLI Space app is designed for students at mid-first grade reading levels and older. It can also be used when students have finished EBLI Island. It includes 14 stories and 8 EBLI activities such as magic e words and reading and spelling multisyllabic words.
EBLI Sight Words Made Easy
This app is designed for kids who are reading at a Grade 2 reading level and higher. It teaches students how to identify, write, and spell dozens of sight words and homophones. I really like how it teaches 3 to 4 sight words that look alike at one time. This teaches students how to distinguish between sight words that look alike.
