The information presented on this page highlights data collected from the Napa County Teacher Induction Program Mid-year surveys, End-Of-Year Surveys , candidate inquiry projects, and candidate IIP data throughout the induction experience.
CASC is grounded in continuous improvement. Candidates identify a need, implement a targeted strategy, collect evidence, and reflect on the results. Candidate complete an inquiry cycle each year.
