We are always looking for qualified professionals with diverse experiences to bring their specific expertise to our team so we might develop the most responsive and meaningful induction program for all participants. Administrative Services Credential: Must hold a valid Clear Administrative Services Credential.
Educational Leadership Experience: 3-5 years experience serving in a formal leadership role, such as an assistant principal, principal, or district-level administrator.
Experience as a Coach or Mentor: Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor new or aspiring administrators, ideally through prior roles in induction or leadership programs.
Advanced professional training: Graduate Degree in Education, certifications as an educational trainer, or relevant graduate level coursework
Ongoing Professional Learning: Commitment to continuous professional growth, which may include attending workshops, conferences, and other professional development opportunities.
Experience with Induction and Credentialing: Familiarity with the structure and goals of the CASC induction program, including the benchmarks and expectations for candidates.
Knowledge of CASC Program Standards: In-depth understanding of the California Professional Standards for Education Leaders (CPSEL) and how they align with CASC program outcomes.
Effective Communication: Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, lead discussions, and provide constructive feedback to candidates; particularly during benchmark meetings and professional development workshops.
Equity-minded: A sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds present in our community.
