Regional NRHH Officers
Associate Director for NRHH (ADNRHH)

The Associate Director for NRHH serves as the Regional President of the National Residence Hall Honorary and is responsible for initiatives that align with service and recognition. The ADNRHH also provides support to NRHH Representatives and their chapters.
The Coordinating Officer for Service & Recognition serves as the Regional Vice President of the National Residence Hall Honorary and supports initiatives that align with service and recognition. The COSR also leads and supports spirit and bidding at the regional level.
The Regional NRHH Advisor serves as the primary advisor for the ADNRHH, COSR, and NRHH Representatives in the region and supports initiatives that align with service, recognition, spirit, and bidding. The Regional NRHH Advisor also provides support to Campus-Level NRHH Advisors and the Regional Advisor.

The NRHH Chapters Representatives within NACURH are to provide leadership as advocates for their campus NRHH chapter and to serve as the liaison for NRHH at the campus, regional, and NACURH levels. NRHH Representatives shall represent and vote on behalf of their NRHH Chapter in NACURH and regional business meetings.
Responsibilities
Shall act as the primary representative for NRHH for their chapter
Shall attend all NRHH Business Meetings, including the Regional Leadership Conference (RLC), Regional Business Conference (RBC), and NRHH Corporate Business Meeting at the NACURH Annual Conference
Shall serve as the primary contact between other NRHH chapters and their chapter through monthly chats, emails, and text-based chats
Shall disburse resources to their chapter and/or executive board
Shall actively work with their NRHH chapter to promote chapter growth and the values of PACURH, NACURH, and NRHH
Shall maintain communication with the Regional ADNRHH, the NACURH Associate for NRHH, and the NACURH Corporate Office
Shall submit the NRHH Census Form, their chapter constitution, and their most up-to-date membership list to the NACURH Corporate Office
Shall be responsible for submitting membership forms to the regional ADNRHH when applicable
Shall attend 1:1’s with the ADNRHH or COSR regularly
Eligibility
The NRHH Representative shall be a student of their affiliated institution who is representing their NRHH Chapter at the levels of PACURH and NACURH and a voting member of the National Residence Hall Honorary
Exceptions to this policy may only be considered under extreme circumstances and subject to the approval of the ADNRHH
The decision rests with the NRHH Chapter as to who represents the chapter, so long as they meet the other eligibility requirements
The NRHH Representative may be designated as the NRHH President but is not required by NACURH or PACURH policy
