NRHH has several governing documents that work to guide the day-to-day operations of the honorary. The Bylaws of NRHH are amended by the NRHH Representatives from each affiliated institution annually at the NRHH Corporate Business Meeting held at the NACURH Annual Conference. All NRHH members in good standing are eligible to submit amendments to the Bylaws. For more information on submitting amendments, please reach out to nan@nacurh.org! 

The Regional Policy Book of NRHH is amended by the NRHH Representatives from each affiliated institution at regional conferences and NRHH business meetings. The minutes of all meetings can also be found to see the discussions that occurred. Any member of NRHH in good standing is eligible to make amendments to the Regional Policy Book.
